The forced type concrete mixers from 100 litres

We produce Mixers from 100 to 700 litres of mortar and concrete on construction sites. This is one of the most simple and reliable models of mixers concrete and mortar with a small volume of electricity consumption.
Supply dry mix components into the mixer, it is recommended to carry out simultaneously with water supply in working condition. To prepare the mixtures in the Mixer BDR-100 aggregate size should not exceed 30 mm. the Duration of mixing is from 30 to 65 seconds.
Volume of ready batch is 100 liters.
The case of forced concrete Mixer BDR-100 is a tray on the supports. The composition of the concrete mixer is the mixing unit, the motor and gearbox. Rotation from the gearbox is transmitted to the shaft with three blades, by means of a chain coupling. Drive and current-carrying wires of the mixer closed by a fence and not allow the ingress of moisture during operation of the mixer.
Unloading opening arranged in the housing on the opposite side from the engine. With the handle that opens the hatch, there is a discharge of the finished mixture. Fixation of the shutter is done manually.
Concrete mix is discharged by gravity into containers for concrete or mortar boxes. On the upper part of the housing can be installed hinged grille, which protects the mixture from contact with foreign objects.
