Fireplace insert with water jacket with a wall thickness of 4mm can only connect into a HONEYCOMB (open system), ie without pressure. While almost all gas, solid fuel boilers, etc. work under pressure. Therefore, combining these two systems, to achieve heat transfer from the fireplace insert to the heating system through the heat exchanger.

The main function of automation is to maintain a given electronic temperature display. This is achieved by means of an adjustable throttle valve,which comes with automatic. Through supply of external air into the combustion chamber of the fireplace insert. Thus, by adjusting the rotation angle of the throttle valve automatically adjusts the quantity of the air supplied to the fireplace,as this depends directly on the degree of fuel combustion and,as a consequence,the temperature of the water in the water circuit of the fireplace.

During a power outage a throttle valve shuts off the air supply to furnace to prevent combustion of the wood.

The temperature can be changed on dashboard automation. There on display you can see the work management of 2 circulation pumps DHW (domestic hot water) and CH (Central heating).

Expansion tank with copper float serves as a safety device in case of overpressure.

When the boiling water rises in the expansion tank that connects to the sewers and its surplus is drained. Copper float allows you to automatically apply cold water to the chimney system with a water circuit.

Thermal protection- a sensor for measuring the temperature of the water in the water circuit of the fireplace insert. Connected to the cooling circuit of the fireplace insert with water jacket. The cooling circuit already built into the fireplace. When the temperature of the water in the water circuit of the fireplace 95°C, the thermal protection starts the flow of cold water to the cooling circuit of the fireplace insert,which allows it to cool.

The pressure relief valve. Used to reset the excess pressure in the chimney system.

2. The second type of connectionis NWT or the system of the closed type, connecting directly fireplace with heating and pressure.
